whoops~

Well, I got home, and decided that I was not finished blogging, I just needed to pay attention in class. First of all, I forgot the useless fact of the day.... hmmm, let me see....

Did you know that:

The average human body contains enough: iron to make a three inch nail, sulfur to kill all fleas on an average dog, carbon to make 900 pencils, potassium to fire a toy cannon, fat to make 7 bars of soap, phosphorous to make 8 match heads, and water to fill a ten gallon tank

I have come to the conclusion that college students, especially those who have to work and go to school, or work so they can go to school, have a food pyramid all of their own?

At the top we have pizza. It is cheap, contains a spread of the normal food groups, and can be eaten for anymeal of the day, can be eaten while studying, playing Ps 2, watching tv.... and much more.

Next comes fast food: not so cheap, but fast and convienient, for those of us that don't have time go go home b/w work and school, or don't have time to cook.

The next layer contians (for me anyways) Tatter tots and popcorn chicken (frozen food) It is cheap, easy to make, and can be eaten while doing all of the things listed above... Also it is easy to make! Preheat oven, put in oven, let cook for 18 minutes (they both cook at the same temp, ya think that was planned?) and eat. Not good reheated though.

and last we have the noodles. Ramen noodles and macaroni and cheese. Cheap, quick, easy, and filling.

I had ramen noodles tonight. You really don't to eat a large meal after 8 pm, but I was so hungry, but then who wants to cook for one person that late? Too expensive and fattening to eat out every night, so Ramen noodles it was, Oriental flavored.

Okay I guess I am done blogging now. Behave kiddies!
